The company partners with companies in the ICT space including Vendors in Enterprise and Carrier spaces. We also work with contractors to increase their level service. We deploy technology solutions that innovate and insulate businesses from the competition. TeleOn is committed to identifying the insights and ideas that will shape the future of business. We have extensive experience in change management within the ICT services arena at all levels. We therefore can take an outsider view of the business requirements and changes required in this difficult, demanding, and potentially hugely profitable period.

The TeleOn management team has developed a good reputation in supporting their customers in the US, Europe, and MEA. We approach each individual project with the view of us working in partnership, aligning our goals and targets for everyone’s benefit. We are very focused on customer service while developing a strong partnership with our customers. While the main operations center is based in Pristina we support partners in the EU, MEA, and US.
