Network Operations Center:

Technical Assistance Center: 

  • TeleON TAC team provides recommendations for technical solutions to improve customer operations, participates in daytime and night/weekend on-call rotation to resolve customer issues, creates Methods of Procedure (MOP) and action plans, manages the issues/customers by setting expectations and meeting/exceeding those expectations to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • We provide support 24x7x365 in Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 for many technologies, including but not limited to: RAN and transport networks, Radio links, GPON, HFC, DWDM etc.
  • Our Technical Team is available 24/7 to support costumers in case of a high critical network outage that affected the business.
  • Our team has extensive experience with various vendors like Cisco, Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, etc, and different management system platforms.
